These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Lola London Trichology website, the booking and provision of trichology consultations and related services, and the purchase of products through our website or clinic.
By using this website, booking an appointment, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Trichology consultations and services
Our consultations are intended to assess hair and scalp concerns through a detailed consultation, relevant history taking, visual examination and, where appropriate, trichoscopic assessment.
Following your consultation, you may receive recommendations relating to treatments, hair or scalp care, products, lifestyle considerations or further investigation.
Trichology services do not replace medical care. Where a condition requires medical diagnosis, investigation or treatment outside the scope of trichology, you may be referred to your GP, dermatologist or another appropriate healthcare professional.
No particular treatment outcome can be guaranteed, as individual responses vary.
3. Booking appointments
Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed once you have completed the relevant booking process.
You will be asked to:
- complete a pre-consultation questionnaire;
- complete an informed consent form;
- provide relevant medical or hair/scalp history; and
- make payment before your appointment.
Where forms are not completed in advance, time required to complete or discuss them may form part of your scheduled consultation time.
4. Appointment payments
Appointment fees must be paid in accordance with the payment terms stated at the time of booking or on your invoice.
Where payment has not been received by the stated due date, we reserve the right to contact you for payment or, where appropriate, postpone or cancel the appointment.
Prices will be clearly displayed or communicated before you make payment.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as at least 72 hours before your appointment.
Where less than the required notice is provided, a cancellation fee of £25 may apply.
If Lola London Trichology needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an alternative appointment or an appropriate refund.
6. Late arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, your appointment may still need to finish at the originally scheduled time so that subsequent appointments are not affected. This may reduce the amount of consultation or treatment time available.
Where a patient is significantly late, and there is insufficient time to safely or appropriately provide the service, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
7. Consent and medical information
You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
This may include details of:
- medical conditions;
- medications;
- allergies;
- previous diagnoses or treatments;
- pregnancy;
- implanted electrical devices;
- relevant scalp or skin sensitivities; and
- other information that could affect the suitability of a treatment or recommendation.
Certain treatments may require additional safety screening and informed consent.
We reserve the right not to provide a treatment where we believe it would be inappropriate, contraindicated or unsafe.
8. Clinical photographs and trichoscopy
Clinical photographs or trichoscopic images may be taken where appropriate for assessment, monitoring or clinical records.
Where separate consent is required, this will be obtained from you.
Images will not be used for marketing, social media or promotional purposes without appropriate additional consent.
9. Product recommendations
Products may be recommended as part of an individual hair or scalp-care treatment plan.
A recommendation does not guarantee a particular result, and individual responses can vary.
Please follow the product directions provided and discontinue use if you experience an unexpected or significant adverse reaction.
10. Products purchased through Lola London Trichology
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, sizes and instructions are accurate.
Product packaging or presentation may occasionally change without materially affecting the product.
Products must be used in accordance with the instructions supplied or provided to you.
Some products may only be offered following consultation or professional recommendation where we consider this appropriate.
